The cowl is a close-fitting neckwarmer inspired by the Canadian winter and offers plenty of insulation against the winds and the matching toque will keep you warm and stylish.
Finished COWL measurement: Approximately 9” long and 12” wide.
Finished TOQUE measurement: Fits most adult heads 21”-23” in circumference.
Toque is adorned with a 5" faux fur pompom.
